Our in-house coffee bar is equipped with three stations each featuring a professional espresso machine, coffee grinder and water purifier, glass washer and icemaker.

The lecture room has more than 20 seats, a projector and screen set up for presentations. What makes the Ferrara location (at Via Veneziani, 52, Ferrara) unique is the availability and proximity of the roasting machine installed in the on-site production - area adjacent to the lecture room and bar. Students will therefore be able to observe live the transformation of the green beans and investigate the characteristics of the individual origins that make up a blend.
