From the very first small coffee shop to a coffee roasting company
present in Italy and in the World
The brilliant idea came from grandfather Carlo Govoni who, in 1948, decided to open in the historical center of Ferrara a “Bottega” of coffee, putting to use that coffee roaster he had purchased from a deli owner and that was forgotten under the stairs for the duration of the war.
born and developed with high dedication over the years by the Govoni Family, who continues the activity for three generations expanding the company, keeping a breast of new technologies while still preserving that special touch of artisanship which always distinguishes the blends for flavor and balance.
The industrial manufacturing combined with the supervision of the expert roaster, the constant desire of implementing the recipes and training our collaborators for a detailed knowledge of the what we produce, are the keys to success and the great loyalty of our Italian and foreign clients to our products.
Our Coffee Labs are, instead, the means we provide to partners and collaborators to re-awaken the desire to truly know coffee and its many nuances, a knowledge which leads through practice and ability, to a true culture of the matter and to the very best performances.
