Sponge Cake – Meringue Coffee Cream

Pour melted bittersweet chocolate in a small glass previously cooled down in the refrigerator and that we will use as the base for our coffee cream. Cherry on the cake: a soft meringue, a treat and a decoration!  Enjoy!
