Where the courses take place
Our in-house bar is equipped with three fully operational workstations, each featuring a professional espresso machine, grinders, a water filtration system, glass washer and ice maker.
The training room offers seating for over 20 participants and is equipped with a projector and screen for presentations. What makes our Ferrara location truly unique (Via Veneziani 52, 44124) is the presence and proximity of the roaster installed in the production area — located adjacent to both the training room and the bar. This allows students to observe firsthand the transformation of green coffee beans and gain deeper insight into the characteristics of the individual origins that make up a blend.
