Our search for a unique coffee starts from its origins
We select only high-quality coffee beans from certified suppliers, with a strong commitment to ethical sourcing and sustainability. Brazil, India, Colombia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Nicaragua: each origin gives La Brasiliana coffee its own identity and character, combining intense flavour with respect for the environment.
Bean selection is rigorous: each batch is carefully evaluated through visual and olfactory analysis, as well as cupping sessions carried out according to international standards. Only the finest beans pass this selection process, ensuring consistency and a distinctive level of quality.
This is followed by a resting phase, during which time humidity levels and aromatic characteristics are stabilised. This essential step enhances body, aroma and complexity, preparing the coffee for roasting. Each origin is roasted separately to highlight its colour, flavour and aromatic profile. After a final post-roasting rest, the coffee is ready to reveal a unique, full and perfectly balanced aroma.
